PLAGIARISM

Do you ever hear an Indonesian song that is sounds same with other country song?
Do you realize that the similarities appear on the melody, beat, lyric or maybe three of it?
Do you know the term of plagiarism? Well, you might guess what kind of problem that i will discuss in here.
Plagiarism is activities that copying someone works and then publishing it as our own work. Nowadays it becomes one of the hot issues in our society. Many people realize it and start to talk about it. The plagiarism occurs clearly on Indonesian music. A lot of songs are quite similar and almost same with others song from many countries in the world.

How this embarrassing thing can happens?
Who are the artists that do this shame thing?
And what songs are similar with others songs?
I will discuss it one by one in here. So, prepare yourself for being shocked!
There are three reasons why the similar song can happen.
First, it is pure plagiarism. Those artists are clearly copying the song. Usually they took the example from the old song such as from 60-80 eras which are rare to play again.
Second, it is the influence from the Idol. And the third is it is accidentally same. I do not believe the third one.

Ironic, right?
So, that is why we can say that the quality of Indonesian song is doubt. It is because a lot of their songs are not purely made by the Indonesian.
I hope we are not same with those artist that copying other artists song. We can start it by not cheating and copying our friend’s assignment in study. Hehehe..
