It’s called Cymbal Percussion before it’s changed become Budi Drum School. Cymbal Percussion was formed around 2005, located at Perumnas 2 Pontianak. Even though it existed only for a few years, Cymbal percussion has created many qualified drummers. For now on, they still exist in music occasions especially for drum.

Cause by not supported condition Cymbal Percussion School was vacuum for a few moment while finding new creative ideas and also a suitable place. While it was vacuum Budi as instructor was teaching at Maestro Music School for around four years. Because of one and another problems Maestro was closed. Now Budi become a chair person of Pontianak Drummer Club (PDC) and he teaches at SMP Al-Azhar, Purwacaraka, and Alpha course. Budi has been a lecturer at art faculty of FKIP Untan. He has success to reform the Cymbal Percussion School but he changed the name become Budi Drum School. It was a hard effort to start over the Cymbal Percussion School. He is also success to recruit over 20 students in two months. Budi Drum School open to anybody who wants to learn about drum in order to be a high quality drummer.
